Happy Thanksgiving 2025

I would love to have a direct ancestor who sailed on the Mayflower. However, I have the next best thing. Agnes Tilley was my second cousin many times removed, and her nephew, Henry Samson, was my 3rd cousin, also several generations removed. Henry was about 16 when he arrived in Plymouth Colony. His Aunt Agnes and Uncle Edward, however, did not survive that first, decimating winter. Today, I’m grateful for their legacy of courage and faith.
